Is mealtime turning into a battle of wills?

Do you know that only 30-50% of children will outgrow their picky eating?

In my household, mealtimes are an absolute pleasure. My two-year-old daughter has always loved mealtime. Dining as a family has always been a time of love and connection in my household. I am on a mission to help other families to experience the same stress-free pleasure of having mealtimes with their children.

Weaving my experiences as a therapist trained in the SOS approach and as a Montessori-inspired mum, I put together this online course for parents who are struggling to have peaceful mealtimes. Little Food Explorer is an online course for parents to understand why their children are picky with food, and more importantly, for parents to learn tips and strategies to resolve picky eating.

How serious is your child's pick eating?

Some kids are more than just picky, and will require more support to learn to eat a more varied diet. Fill up this food range diary to find out if your child is an average picky eater or a problem feeder.

Average picky eaters will have at least 30 different types of food, while problem feeders have less than 20.

checklist

Does your child need professional help?

If your child has 4 or more Red Flags checked, your child should be assessed by a Feeding Specialist like myself. If your child has 6 or more Red Flags checked, Feeding Therapy is likely needed.

70+ parents worldwide attended my presentation live, and here are some feedback:

"Thanks for your great talk yesterday. I find your content really helpful. I tried to apply what you taught at dinner last night by “building a house” using green beans and my toddler ate them for the first time! " - Shuling

"Thank you for the interesting talk yesterday, I really enjoyed it. You’ve already armed me with some good ideas and a positive approach to ‘letting go’ and getting creative and making meals fun- we played with wooden popsicle sticks today, picking up the food like chopsticks and kissing the pieces. He even voluntarily ate some! " - Anisha
